Greetings Essay Fiesta fans! We here at the ole Essay Fiesta are already booking as far out as July, and boy do we have some amazing talent, from award-winning authors to award-winning stand-up comedians. It’s quite the award-winning, eclectic mix.
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. March is around the corner. And along with cauldrons of gold and little green men, this lucky month is going to bring you some incredible talent.

Robert Klein Engler lives in DesPlaines, Illinois and sometimes New Orleans. He is an adjunct professor at Roosevelt University. Many of Robert’s poems and stories are set in the Crescent City. His long poem, The Accomplishment of Metaphor and the Necessity of Suffering, set partially in New Orleans, is published by Headwaters Press, Medusa, New York, 2004. He has received an Illinois Arts Council award for his “Three Poems for Kabbalah.” If you google his name, then you may find his work on the Internet. Some of his books are available at Lulu.com.
