Yo! Essay Fiesta fans! The first-ever Chicago Fringe Festival is officially underway in the Pilsen neighborhood, boasting a bazillion shows on a gazillion stages from all over the country, world and stratosphere!
Last night Essay Fiesta’s Alyson Lyon went to the Casa Aztlan and saw The Steve Show. The Steve Show is written by and stars Jason Economus. Jason is a very talented Chicagoan who performs frequently at the Paper Machete, Entertaining Julia and in various plays. The show is absolutely hilarious and features a plot twist you could not predict!
If you like your comedy raw and honest, you will love this show! Get your butt in a seat! The show runs until Sept. 5.
