December is not just the holiday season, tis the season of readings! Essay Fiesta is producing two amazing shows this month that are not to be missed!
This Friday Alyson and Keith will be reading some truly horrific holiday tales in “Holidays Are Hell.” The show is produced by the Chicago Story Collective, a superhero team of Chicago’s best storytellers including producers from This Much Is True, Story Club and Stories at the Store. Come out to Town Hall Pub in Lakeview on Dec. 10 at 10 p.m. The show will benefit Howard Brown, which really needs our help right now!
On Dec. 20, Essay Fiesta will produce its regularly scheduled programming at the Book Cellar. This month’s show surely is the best present ever with readers:
