Essay Fiesta Goes Back To School

Essay Fiesta is donning our sports coats (with patches) and pretending to smoke out of our stately pipes. Why? Because we must look scholarly. Because we are going back to school!

In celebration of the National Day on Writing (this Thursday Oct. 20), Essay Fiesta’s Keith Ecker and Alyson Lyon have teamed up with DePaul University’s Writer’s Guild to put on an Essay Fiesta-esque reading. Readers, the majority of which are graduate students, will be performing a mix of fiction and poetry. Keith and Alyson will be busting out the non-fiction per usual.

The reading goes down at DePaul’s Student Center on Belden and Sheffield from 4 p.m. to 5:30pm. It’s free, so strap on your book bags and go back to college for some more lit knowledge!
